負責大型規劃、景觀,建筑項目的方案主創及總體控制。
1．有新加坡、英國、香港、澳洲、美國等國家規劃、建筑師資格證書；
2．精良的方案創作能力，及豐富的大、中型景觀、建筑項目的設計及組織工作；
3．良好的溝通能力、團隊精神及敬業精神，可長期在中國發展。
兼具下列條件者可優先選聘：
有十年以上相關工作經驗，對中國市場及相關規范有一定的了解，在中國有相關工作經驗。
Senior foreign designer of urban and architecture :
In charge of the conceptual design and overall control of the large scale of, urban planning and architecture project.
Basic requirements:
Graduated in Singapore, England, HongKong,Australian or American for landscape, urban planning and architecture .
Excellent design capability, good experience of project design and management in large or medium scale of above design.
Be good at communication and teamwork spirit,Expect to practice for long time in China market.
